We all want to do what we are good at and makes them happy. I get a lot of personal enjoyment out of helping people navigate the job world and make themselves a stronger candidate. 

I have been preparing and coaching direct reports, high school, college and business school alumni as well as close friends for many years.

It puts a smile on my face when I find out that people get their desired position and if they don’t, having them feel that they put their best self forward.
